HQRA+ Dark Spot Intense Treatment
Combination of Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Hydrocortisone to reduce Hyperpigmentation and diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and deep creases. Medical grade prescription strength only available in Dr. Kerns Skin Care line. Recomended for sun damage, freckles, pigmentation or melasma, deep wrinkles, scars. Must be used in combination with a moisturizer and sunscreen of SPF 45 or more. Apply lightly at night after cleansing. Follow with mosturizer.

How to apply
Apply: Use as directed by physician. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Use of daily Sun Protection recommended. At night time only, light application on clean skin followed by moisturizer. apply every other night if skin is too dry. avoid direct sun exposure during treatment.
